Nomination Window
The SAUAA Board of Directors is made up of 24 voting directors and 5 ex officio members.
The board is staffed by the SAU Office of Alumni Relations.
Board of Directors are selected per the Membership Selection Policy by the Membership Committee each spring.
New directors are selected based on current needs of the SAUAA Board, determined by the membership matrix — in an effort to best reflect our alumni base.
The number of new directors invited to serve changes from year to year.
Who Can Nominate
Enhanced (Blue, Gold, and Forever Mulerider) members of the SAU Alumni Association can make nominations for the board.
Nominee Eligibility
Nominees must be an alumni or former student (two long semesters). Nominees should not be considered if they are a University employee or spouse/partner of a University employee.
